Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on September 29 interacted with officers and officials of Siang district at Boleng and stressed the need for timely decisions, meaningful dialogue and collective responsibility for the region’s future.
In a post on X, Khandu said decisions taken today could have a long-term impact on future generations. He urged officials to act at the right time and address important issues without unnecessary delay, noting that inaction could affect generations to come.
The Chief Minister also highlighted the role of dialogue and regular interactions in creating awareness and promoting responsible action among people.
Khandu said government employees have significant social influence in tribal societies and urged them to use their positions to spread awareness, build a sense of responsibility and work for the larger public interest.
He called for collective efforts to address the challenges facing Siang district and ensure that decisions taken today help create a better future for its people.
