Tickets for the final ODI of the three-match series between India and New Zealand, scheduled for January 18 at Holkar Stadium in Indore, will be sold exclusively online, the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association (MPCA) has announced. The series finale is expected to be a special occasion, with the MPCA introducing dedicated ticketing initiatives for students and specially-abled spectators.
The Indore match, a day-night encounter, concludes India’s first men’s international cricket series of 2026, following the opening games in Vadodara and Rajkot.
Student and specially-abled quotas
To ensure wider access, the MPCA has allocated specific sections and quotas for students and spectators with disabilities. Student concession tickets will be available in the East Stand (Lower and Second Floor), priced at ₹750 and ₹950 respectively, inclusive of taxes. Each student can purchase one ticket only.
Students must register online and upload valid documents—such as institutional ID cards or recent academic records—through MPCA’s official ticketing portal. Applications will be verified, and successful candidates will receive a confirmation link via WhatsApp or email to complete their purchase. The registration window opens at 11 am on December 31, 2025, and closes either when the quota is filled or at 5 pm on January 1, 2026, whichever comes first.
A similar process is in place for specially-abled spectators, with tickets priced at ₹300 and allocated in the North-East Gallery. Applicants must upload a valid government-issued disability certificate. Each eligible spectator may buy only one ticket, and wheelchair arrangements must be made independently on match day.

All tickets—regular, student concession, and specially-abled—will be sold online via ‘District by Zomato’, MPCA’s official partner. General ticket prices range from ₹800 to ₹7,000 depending on the stand or pavilion level, with additional payment gateway and courier charges applicable.

Cricketing action
The Indore ODI promises high-voltage cricket, with senior players Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma expected to draw large crowds. Shubman Gill, returning from injury, is likely to lead the ODI side. MPCA’s targeted ticketing initiatives give students and specially-abled fans a chance to witness top-tier international cricket live as India wraps up the opening series of 2026 at home.
The Indian squad for the ODI series will be announced in the first week of January by the BCCI. Following the ODI series, India and New Zealand will contest a five-match T20I series, which will serve as the final assignment for the senior team before the T20 World Cup starting February 7.
